the breakfast buffet had suitable options. the location proved convenient for accessing many areas. it was close to the metro and the national museum.

the room lacked toothpaste and toothbrush. slippers were also absent from the room. thankfully i had brought my own toiletries.

I found the staff quite friendly and they were helpful when I asked for directions. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food. It was tasty and with much variety, too.

I did not like that there were no amenities in the washroom. I needed to ask for dental kits and slippers.

the cleaning was not good, our room was not cleaned one night during our four-night stay. i asked the receptionist for a scale and they told me they did not have one, i was told that because it was a 3-star hotel i shouldn't expect much.

noisy ac fanslow laundry

the air conditioning fan was so noisy i couldn't sleep well i also found the rooms to be smaller than i expected it seemed like there wasn't enough space to move around comfortably the laundry service took two days which is much longer than i'm used to i had to bring my laundry down myself because they don't offer pickup this really frustrated me
